them the best life possible. We provide love and affection, regular
health care and good nutrition to our four legged family members. But

Skin

Dry
flaky skin or excessive hair loss is a common complaint for many
dogs. A healthy dog should have soft fur that is neither greasy nor
dry. Basically a dog with normal fine fur will not have excessive
shine to their coat the same way the dogs with coarser fur do. Many
dogs do not receive the required nutrition to maintain healthy skin
and hair coat, or they require higher needs for certain nutrients.
Skin and coat supplements provide the cell of the skin with necessary
nutrition to maintain a healthy skin. Omega -3 and Omega-6 fatty
acids are skin and hair supplements that may be included in your dog
supplements. Required amount of fatty acids maintains the integrity
of the cell membrane. Consult your veteran about the optimal dose.
Canola
oil and soybean oil are good sources of a balanced omega fatty acid
supplement. However, since omega-6 fatty acids are fairly common in
your dog’s normal diet, you may wish to just supplement omega-3
fatty acids. In that case, flaxseed oil or wild salmon oil are good
choices. Always remember that these fatty acids are high in calories
and it is always advisable to adjust the rest of your dog’s diet to
keep him or her from putting on extra pounds.

you dog become old his joints begin to show wear and tear
and
your once spry pup tends to slow down and can lose a step. But do not
worry there are number of supplements available to improve the health
of the joint. Generally these nutritional supplements take time to
work so it is always advisable to start giving these supplements

methylsulfonylmethane and chondroiton are some of the best joint supplement.

stress. Whether
this is the stress of moving to a new home, welcoming a new family
member, thunder storms, or car rides, for some dogs this stress
